Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By accessing or using kaisamara.online, creating an account, placing an order through the website, or ordering through an official Kai Samara LLC email address, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.
Kai Samara LLC (“Kai Samara,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a United States-based e-commerce business offering authentic products sourced from Nepal. Products may include Thangka paintings, mala (prayer beads), traditional Nepali food and grocery products, clothing, health and wellness products, home and kitchen items, handcrafted and cultural goods, and other products identified on our website.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create an account or place an order. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it when necessary.
You are responsible for safeguarding your username, password, and other account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, is used unlawfully, or is connected to suspected fraud or abuse.
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, sizes, ingredients, colors, and other details accurately. Handmade, handcrafted, natural, and traditional products may have minor differences in color, pattern, texture, size, or finish. Such minor variations are not defects.
Product availability is not guaranteed. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, correct inaccurate information, or cancel an order if an item is unavailable. If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Prices are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees are added at checkout. Prices and promotions may change without notice, but changes will not affect an order we have already accepted.
Payment must be received and confirmed before an order is processed. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout or otherwise approved through an official business email. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store complete payment-card details on our servers.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical, system, or other error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. We will notify you if this occurs.
Orders may be placed through kaisamara.online or through an official Kai Samara business email. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.
An order is accepted after payment is successfully received and we confirm that the order can be fulfilled. We may decline or cancel an order because of product unavailability, payment problems, inaccurate information, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, or another legitimate business reason. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled item or order.
We ship within the United States. International shipping may be offered for selected products when shown at checkout or confirmed by us. Shipping charges are calculated based on the order, destination, and available delivery method.
Orders are generally processed and delivered within 3–4 business days when that timeframe is shown or confirmed, but all delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed by carriers, customs, holidays, weather, natural events, address problems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to you. When tracking is available, we will send the tracking information to the email address associated with the order.
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. Contact support@kaisamara.online within 7 days after delivery if an item is missing, incorrect, damaged, defective, or materially different from its description. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when reasonably requested.
A full refund or appropriate replacement may be provided when:
Food and grocery products are non-returnable for health and safety reasons unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Clothing and other eligible non-food products may be returned within 14 days after delivery if they are unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
Unless the return is caused by our error or by a damaged or defective product, you are responsible for return-shipping costs. Do not send a return until we provide return instructions. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, generally within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
You may request cancellation within 24 hours after placing an order by emailing support@kaisamara.online. A cancellation is available only if the order has not already been processed or shipped. After shipment, an eligible product must be handled under Section 7.
If you experience a problem with an order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter promptly and fairly. This request does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law or the rules of your payment provider.
Fraudulent, dishonest, or abusive payment disputes may result in account suspension and future orders being declined.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Product-specific instructions, ingredient information, allergy warnings, and care directions should be reviewed before use. Information on the website is not medical or professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kai Samara LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the website, an order, or a product. Our total liability for a claim relating to an affected order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, customs processing, severe weather, natural disasters, government action, labor disruptions, utility or internet outages, public-health emergencies, or similar unforeseen events.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal proceeding relating to these Terms or an order must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version and its effective date will be posted on our website. Changes apply prospectively after posting unless applicable law requires otherwise. The Terms in effect when we accept your order will generally govern that order.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, any posted return or shipping policy, and the terms shown or expressly agreed to at checkout, form the agreement between you and Kai Samara LLC regarding your use of the website and purchase of products. If order-specific terms expressly conflict with these Terms, the order-specific terms control for that order.
